Job summary

Goodwill-Solac is seeking a Janitorial/Contract role to keep buildings and grounds clean, safe, and orderly. Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, assisting with meeting setups, and ensuring contract sites are serviced to satisfaction.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1–3 years in related field, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and floor care, and the ability to work independently or in a team. CA driver license preferred and floor care certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
• Knowledge of operating janitorial equipment.
• Knowledge of floor care.

Responsibilities

• Mop floors wet and dry, strip and wax floors as needed.
• Dust furniture, remove trash, wash windows, disinfect equipment.
• Sanitize restrooms, sweep, weed, pressure wash walls and walkways.
• Report safety hazards to supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
