Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of custodial methods, cleaning products, disinfectants, chemical safety, and proper care of facility surfaces.
• Ability to operate custodial equipment safely (vacuums, extractors, buffers, scrapers, etc.).
• Basic facility maintenance knowledge (painting, minor plumbing, hardware replacement).
• Strong organization and detail orientation with ability to handle events and routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains meeting rooms, event spaces, offices, kitchens, restrooms, and public areas.
• Performs routine custodial tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, waste removal.
• Restrooms and public areas cleaned, inspected, restocked as needed.
• Floor care: scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and extraction as required.
• Support event readiness by setting up furniture and teardown after events.
• Follow safety procedures and use/maintain custodial equipment properly.
• Coordinate with events teams to minimize disruption during events.
