Responsibilities

• Secure doors and windows across all areas and buildings.
• Assist in emergency procedures, recycling, and pest control.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for students, employees, and visitors.
• Maintain various floor types (terrazzo, cement, wood, vinyl, ceramic) and upholstery.
• Clean and restock restrooms and common areas; manage supplies and storage spaces.
• Maintain offices, classrooms, labs, conference rooms, dining areas, and lobbies.
• Maintain hallways, stairs, elevators, entryways, and public spaces.
