Cabinetworks Group is seeking a dedicated janitorial/custodial team member for our Minnesota Waconia facility. The role focuses on keeping restrooms and common areas clean, stocking supplies, and following scheduled cleaning routines to ensure a safe, orderly environment.

The position is full-time, 1st shift, with pay ranging from $21.00 to $27.00 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prior janitorial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of safety protocols and practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow a schedule for cleaning and restocking products in bathrooms and cafeteria.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms completely.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of them properly.
• Mop floors in bathrooms and cafeteria.
• Order bathroom and cleaning supplies.
• Adhere to company policies, safety, quality and operational procedures; report deviations.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Spot clean spills or debris as needed in designated areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
