Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of cleaning/maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• May work after hours/on-call.
• Must maintain confidentiality.
• Must complete required training hours.
• Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste safely.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies.
• Follow safety rules when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Read work orders and safety instructions to complete tasks.
• Report maintenance issues or hazards promptly.
• Remove snow/ice and maintain exterior grounds; update snow log.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of furniture or equipment for events.
