Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is hiring for a Custodian/Facility Maintenance role at a golf course project in Littleton, CO. You will perform cleaning tasks to present clean, appealing facilities for customers, including vacuuming, sweeping, restocking restrooms, and operating light maintenance equipment.

Early mornings and weekends are preferred; flexible hours are offered to fit golf schedule. This position offers competitive wages, a team-oriented environment, uniforms provided, and discounts

Qualifications

• Ability to perform janitorial duties including cleaning and restocking restrooms.
• Availability for early mornings and weekends.
• Willingness to perform minor maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum and sweep facilities to maintain cleanliness.
• Restock restrooms and empty trash.
• Operate light cleaning equipment (gas blower, power-washer, floor scrubber).
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing bulbs or painting.

Job description

Our Custodial/Facility Maintenance team members will help Raccoon Creek project a positive image to our customers by presenting them with clean appealing facilities. Specific duties include but are not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning and restocking restrooms, emptying trash and using light equipment to clean specific areas (gas-powered blower, power-washer, orbital floor scrubber). Some minor maintenance like changing light bulbs or minor painting projects will also be required.
