Curana Health is seeking a Credentialing Specialist for Facilities to ensure the health plan network includes compliant facilities and to safeguard member safety.

You will review applications, verify licenses and certifications, manage data in credentialing systems, and coordinate with contracting teams to support timely processing. This role supports strong governance and collaborative teamwork across departments in a national healthcare environment.

• Credentialing review and evaluation of facility applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with facilities to obtain missing verification information.
• Data entry and management in credentialing software systems.
• Manage recredentialing and follow-up for timely processing.
• Monitor license, DEA and other document expirations; report to committee.
• Review sanctions/exclusions at federal and state levels for facilities.
• Prepare credentialing reports and notices for the Credentialing Committee.
• Support contracting with credentialing-related information and status updates.
