Responsibilities
- Schedule preventative maintenance with contracted vendors monthly/quarterly.
- Manage hard services onsite such as HVAC systems, lighting, electrical, mechanical, fire safety systems, and other building maintenance work.
- Respond to emergency and urgent maintenance service calls.
- Escort and supervise suppliers while working on-site.
- Assist with furniture delivery, disposal, and maintain organized storage spaces.
- Assist with set-up and break-down of corporate events.
- Perform small maintenance tasks such as hanging photos and artwork, moving furniture, or repairing/modifying furniture.
- Conduct daily facilities walk-through of Kinston Facility.
- Conduct monthly safety walk-through of Kinston, NC Facility.
- Assist with administrative projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Scheduling and managing maintenance and services.
Time Spent on Tasks
Majority of time (60% or greater) spent on these responsibilities.
Additional Responsibilities
- Relationship and Facility Management Coordination
- Sustainability monitoring and reporting
- Using Corrigo work order management tool for compliance and data collection
Minimum Requirements
- High School Graduate; Bachelor’s degree or combined education and experience preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of industry experience in a related environment.

- Comfort with complex audiovisual equipment.
