Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a reliable Janitor to maintain clean, organized workspaces across facilities. You will perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, and ensure restrooms and common areas are disinfected and safe for occupants.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and dependable attendance. Training emphasizes using proper cleaning chemicals and equipment while following company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Follow safety and precaution rules.
• Reliable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, and more.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
• Restroom cleaning and supply replenishment.
• Empty trash and recycling, and manage waste as required.
• Maintain cleaning charts and report unsafe conditions.
• Close doors at the end of the night shift.
