CCS Facility Services is hiring a Janitor to keep office environments clean, organized, and disinfected. You will perform floor care, trash removal, restroom maintenance, and report any unsafe conditions. The job requires lifting up to 50 pounds and adherence to safety rules.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning commercial facilities and following safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls, and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other areas.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions or maintenance needs.
• Close doors at the end of the night shift.
