Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Clean interior of buildings, including floors, windows, walls and general tasks.
• Disinfect commonly used items and maintain restrooms and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior of buildings (floors, carpets, windows, walls).
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors in offices and common areas.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools and phones; restock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling; clean trash cans and ashtrays.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies; report shortages.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions; follow safety rules.
