Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Janitor to keep client sites clean, organized, and disinfected. Responsibilities include cleaning interior spaces, vacuuming, mopping, dusting furniture, and maintaining restrooms.

You will also manage trash and recycling, wipe surfaces, handle windows and mirrors, monitor supplies, report unsafe conditions, and follow safety rules. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work the night shift is expected. Close doors at the end of the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean interiors of buildings, floors, carpets, windows and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors throughout offices, hallways and lobbies.
• Clean stains from chairs and upholstery; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Empty trash and recycling; manage trash cans and ashtrays.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
• Maintain restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Clean windows and mirrors; wash and inspect surfaces.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions and equipment needs.
• Maintain a cleaning chart and follow safety rules.
• Close doors at end of night shift; lift up to 50 pounds.
