• Valid Driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Follow assigned work schedules and report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between staff and management.
• Assist with daily and weekly scheduling.
• Oversee cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged items and oversee additional service requests.
• Ensure job completion is confirmed with Area Manager.
• Train new hires per onboarding procedures.
• Complete time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
• Check supplies, equipment and chemicals weekly.
