NANA Regional Corporation, based in Anchorage, seeks a full-time Cleaning Technician to support deep cleaning and painting across Alaska. The role requires independence, safety awareness, and physical endurance to keep facilities in good condition.

Mansioni

Job Description

This position is based in Anchorage but will primarily perform deep cleaning and painting services to facilities throughout Alaska. The position is full time.

This position requires the employee to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Weather: Indoors and Outdoors, frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions.

Description of environment: Environment will vary based on the facility assigned to.

Physical requirements: Employee is required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Frequently to constantly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk/hear, see, taste/smell, and carry weight/lift. Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, and work at elevated heights.
