Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and upkeep for client sites. The position offers full-time and part-time shifts with morning and evening hours and weekly pay.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or has at least six months of janitorial experience, with on-the-job training provided. Successful applicants will follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain clean, presentable facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or at least 6 months’ janitorial experience.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Clean restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash and manage waste as required.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass partitions; spot-clean carpets.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow the housekeeping schedule.
• Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment.
