Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial operations.
• Familiar with janitorial methods, materials and equipment.
• Awareness of safe work practices and chemical handling (MSDS).

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in assigned buildings to keep them clean and sanitary.
• Clean high surfaces with high duster in counter-clockwise direction.
• Sanitize and spot-clean surfaces and wash areas as described.
• Empty trash and replace liners, maintain clean floors and restrooms.
• Inspect areas and report needs for maintenance or supplies.
