Job summary

BlueChip Pros is seeking a diligent janitorial worker to perform cleaning in assigned buildings, keeping spaces sanitary and orderly. You will execute high dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, floor care and exterior grounds duties as described in the job description.

The role requires following safety procedures, using germicidal solutions, and working quietly and professionally around customers. Physical stamina for lifting and extended periods is needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial operations, methods, materials and equipment.
• Familiar with safe work practices and MSDS chemical handling.
• Able to interpret written instructions and safety labels.

Responsibilities

• High dusting and cleaning surfaces above shoulder height.
• Sanitizing and spot cleaning surfaces below shoulder height.
• Bathroom cleaning and toilet sanitation.
• Floor dusting or vacuuming and cleaning under furniture.
• Grounds care and outdoor cleaning duties in common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and food court spaces.
