Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, maintenance, or facility operations experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable, dependable, and capable of maintaining a consistent work schedule.
• Any certifications required by applicable state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of all interior areas of the club.
• Ensure the exterior remains clean, safe, and presentable.
• Complete cleaning tasks according to established schedules.
• Follow cleaning protocols and sanitation standards.
• Assist members and guests courteously and professionally.
• Monitor safety hazards and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and storage areas safely.
