Job summary

ABM leads the way in facility services, seeking a reliable Lead to supervise daily operations, delegate tasks, and guide the team when the Manager is away. You’ll ensure standards for cleanliness and safety while operating equipment and handling cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field employees and management.
• Assist with daily and weekly work schedules.
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned buildings.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged or out-of-service items.
• Ensure completion of additional service requests and inspect work.
