SHP Management Corp. seeks a dedicated Cleaner (Porter/Janitor) to ensure the cleanliness of the property and perform custodial duties as directed by the Superintendents. The role includes cleaning common areas, floors, bathrooms, and exteriors, with turnover prep for apartments as required.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of cleaning experience, a High School Diploma, and the ability to operate cleaning equipment and adhere to safety guidelines. On-call rotations may apply.

Competenze

• 2 years of experience in maintaining building cleanliness.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of equipment used for sweeping, vacuuming, washing and waxing floors.

Mansioni

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including bathrooms, kitchens, and community rooms.
• Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, vacuuming, floor care, and window/fixture cleaning.
• Assist with exterior maintenance and turnover preparation as needed.
• Support basic maintenance tasks and respond to cleaning requests.
