Training,-Rehabilitation- seeks a dependable Janitor for Kingsville Naval Air Station to maintain a clean, safe environment across facilities. Responsibilities include restroom sanitation, floor care up to buffing and waxing, and general cleaning in offices and common areas.

The role requires experience in commercial cleaning, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Valid licenses and security credentials may be needed for access.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with floor care, including buffing and waxing, is required.
• Ability to operate floor maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, materials, and chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, conference rooms, break rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash from assigned facilities.
• Perform floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and polishing floors.
• Operate floor care equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of waste materials.
