Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform cleaning, disinfecting and basic maintenance tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, windows and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors across offices, hallways, lobbies and other areas.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, tools and phones; replenish restroom supplies.
• Clean windows, remove trash and recycling, and maintain cleaning supplies inventory.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions and follow safety rules.
• Close doors at the end of the night shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
