Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality at all shifts.
• Reliability and ability to follow directions and meet commitments.
• Observation of safety rules and proper use of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean interiors of buildings including floors, carpets, windows, and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors in offices, hallways, lounges, and common areas.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
• Maintain restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Clean windows and mirrors; empty trash and recycling containers.
• Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions and follow safety procedures.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and close doors at end of shift.
