CloudKitchens is seeking a Facility Care Operator (Janitorial) in Providence, RI, to maintain cleanliness and provide courteous service to patrons in a fast-paced, tech-enabled facility. The role involves cleaning, sanitation, and basic safety compliance across common areas and kitchen spaces.

Experience in cleaning or customer service is preferred; training will cover equipment use, health and safety standards, and independent work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, sanitation, or customer service roles, preferably in a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques, as well as familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain a high level of self-motivation.

About the Role:

As a Facility Care Operator (Janitorial) - you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness, functionality, and overall satisfaction of our customers within our tech-enabled facility. .

What You’ll Do:

• Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks using advanced cleaning equipment and methods to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the facility. This includes weekly cleaning of commercial hood filters, oil caddies/tanks, and regular cleaning of restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to facility patrons, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring the safety of yourself, colleagues, and facility patrons. Follow established cleaning guidelines and regulations to maintain compliance with health and safety standards.

Job Details

• Job Type: bothPart-time and FTE
• Locations: Bath Food Co
• Experience: None required
• Shift Availability: We operate 7 days a week, from morning to night - share your availability, and we’ll match you with the right facility/shift.
• Expected Hours: from15h/week to FTE (40h/week)
• Physical Setting: Quick service & fast-food restaurant

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
