Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain cleanliness and provide excellent customer service within the club environment. The role focuses on keeping the facility tidy, stocked, and presenting Life Time standards across spaces including locker rooms.

Responsibilities include daily maintenance, towel handling, locker room upkeep, budget-compliant product usage, and assisting members with inquiries about Life Time products and services.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
