Pay Scale: $85,000 - $95,000 annually.

Position Summary

This role reports directly to the Chief Program Officer of Inpatient Services and supports adult and possibly child facility-based crisis units. Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, performance evaluations, quality improvement, data analysis, and staff mentoring. The position requires ensuring operational excellence and compliance with standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all professional, state, federal regulations, and agency policies, including documentation standards.
  • Support clinical and support staff efficiency, attend community meetings, and assist in performance evaluation.
  • Evaluate service performance, assist in hiring, and maintain documentation on KPIs.
  • Oversee staff training, including becoming a certified Mindset Trainer.
  • Maintain a presence at facilities, ensure continuous management availability, and communicate operational issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Attributes

Must possess strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, resilience, negotiation, and the ability to make sound decisions. Education requirements include a Master’s degree in a relevant field and significant clinical and supervisory experience. Ability to multi-task and work across multiple facilities is essential.
