Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Facility Based Crisis Qualified Professional to support individuals with mental health and substance use needs in home, school, workplace and community settings. The role emphasizes recovery, skills development, and community integration under supervision.

The position requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree with licensed credentialing and 2+ years (human services) or 1+ years (master’s) of experience, plus ongoing collaboration with clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services field with 2+ years full-time experience.
• Bachelor's degree not in Human Services with 4+ years full-time experience.
• Master’s Degree or higher with 1+ years full-time experience.
• License, Provisional License, Certificate, Registration or Permit issued by a governing board.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues in home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Facilitates relationships and links between individuals served, the company, family, guardians, local agencies and the community.
• Minimizes the negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence on daily living.
• Supports clients in developing daily living, social, adaptation and behavior management skills.
• Performs Case Management linking services and referrals; collaborates with clinical staff.

In residential, school, workplace and community settings. These interventions are strength-based and focused on promoting recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and achievement of the highest level of functioning in the community. Staff ratio takes into consideration evening and weekend hours, needs of special populations and geographical areas to be served. Persons who meet the requirements specified for Qualified Professional (QP) status have the knowledge, skills, and abilities required by the population and age to be served may deliver supports within the requirements of the staff definition specified in the service definitions.
