This position is a member of a team that provides support, services, and treatments necessary to provide integrated care to individuals with behavioral health diagnosis or substance use disorders. Provides oversight and general nursing care and services to persons in a facility-based crisis/non-hospital detox setting. All patients perform their own ADL’s. No physical or chemical restraints. Average length of stay of patients is 5 -7 days.Looking for multiple RN's with for all shifts and schedules!
The Facility Based Crisis (FBC) Center is a community-based facility that serves as a n alternative to inpatient hospitalization when appropriate . The FBC is a 16-bed facility operating 24/7/365 for adults aged 18 and over experiencing behavioral, emotional, psychological, detox, or other acute crisis stabilization needs . The FBC provides short-term intensive evaluation, treatment intervention or behavioral management to stabilize acute or crisis situations :

I ntensive treatment and stabilization
L inkage to services that will provide further treatment or rehabilitation upon release.

Schedule: A variety of shifts available for 24/7 coverage
Shift Differential
Weekday Nights (between 7:00pm and 7:00am) = pay rate + 10%
Weekend Days (between 7:00am and 6:59pm) = pay rate + 10%
Weekend Nights (between 7:00pm and 7:00am) = pay rate + 15%
