Grande Cheese Company is seeking a Facility Associate Support Coordinator for our Wyocena facility location. You will support hourly Associates and leadership through scheduling, onboarding, and administrative excellence, acting as a central liaison between Associates, Managers, HR, and external partners.
Your role includes reception duties, meeting scheduling, vendor coordination, and maintaining organized spaces while coordinating training and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth daily

Schedule / Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM-4:30PM with some flexibility as business needs determine
As our Facility Associate Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our hourly Associates (Employees) and leadership teams through scheduling, training coordination, onboarding, and overall administrative excellence at our Wyocena facility location. You will serve as a central liaison between Associates, Managers, Human Resources, and external partners while ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations. If you are an expert multitasker who finds purpose in helping others succeed, this role is for you.
Provide administrative and front-office support, including reception duties, scheduling meetings and events, managing supplies, coordinating vendor services, and keeping shared spaces welcoming and organized.
Coordinate training programs for new hires and existing Associates, including tracking completion.
Support onboarding and engagement efforts, including orientations and recognition programs.
High School Diploma or better.
