What You’ll Do

• Be the on‑site leader for physical security and workplace operations
• Own day‑to‑day access management, security monitoring, and incident response
• Serve as a visible, trusted presence for employees, visitors, and partners on site
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to maintain building systems and safety controls
• Oversee and support the reliability of physical security and building systems, ensuring they are configured, maintained, and operating as intended
• Lead facilities maintenance and improvement projects that keep the workplace running smoothly
• Manage service providers and contractors supporting security, maintenance, and building operations
• Act as the go‑to resource during security‑ or facility‑related situations, bringing calm, sound judgment, and accountability

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience administering physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm platforms
• Strong familiarity with IP‑based, networked security and building technologies and their full lifecycle management
• Ability to configure, maintain, and support production security systems in partnership with IT and external vendors
• Experience supporting on‑site facilities or building operations in a complex environment
• Sound judgment and confidence responding to security or system‑related incidents
