Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is expanding operations in De Soto, Kansas, and seeks a Facilities Operations Technician - Level 4 to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will help sustain safety, reliability, and uptime across critical utilities and infrastructure.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, collaboration with engineering and field teams, and the development of technical skills

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities, industrial maintenance, or related experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or utility systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot with limited supervision.
• Reading diagrams, schematics, and technical docs.
• Experience using CMMS for maintenance records.
• English language proficiency.
• Safety-conscious with PPE and 6S practices.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine rounds on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair using standard tools.
• First responder to operational issues; diagnose and resolve disruptions.
• Monitor and maintain facility systems: HVAC, electrical, water.
• Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide training to Level 3 technicians.
