Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the Facilities Department at a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing site. You will direct maintenance, utilities, and capital projects, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance while aligning with business objectives. The base salary range for this role is $140,000-$160,000.

Lead a team, manage contractors, and partner with procurement to optimize resources, budgets, and performance across engineering, maintenance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• 10+ years in facilities/engineering/maintenance in regulated manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading technical teams or supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities Department with priorities, goals and KPIs.
• Oversee maintenance, reliability, and regulatory compliance of facilities/assets.
• Manage capital projects from concept to completion within GMP standards.
• Oversee contractor, vendor, and service provider performance.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor spending, and drive cost efficiency.
• Support inspections, audits, and regulatory interactions with external agencies.
