Qualifications

  • 5+ years of facility/utility experience.
  • Familiarity with cGMPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Utility, HVAC, and Refrigerant system process improvement and optimization experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage individual contributors and/or contractors.
  • Contribute to utility department performance and results.
  • Adapt plans to address resource and operational challenges.
  • Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues, or contractors.
  • Lead capital projects involving plant engineering equipment replacement/upgrades.
  • Lead process improvements, productivity initiatives, and corrective actions.
