Adams and Associates, Inc. in Edinburgh, IN seeks a Full Time Maintenance/Transportation Associate. The role provides transportation for students and conducts preventive maintenance on Center facilities and grounds. Supervises Work-Based Learning and student workers as needed, ensuring safety and timely services.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, maintaining documentation, and supporting multiple departments while meeting deadlines and standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Experience with youth preferred.

Mansioni

• Performs maintenance and inspections of Center’s facilities and systems to ensure functionality and prevent disruption of student and staff services.
• Schedules and delivers vehicles for preventive maintenance and repairs as necessary.
• Provides students with timely and efficient student transportation services as required.
• May supervise Work-Based Learning students to enhance student’s employability skills and provide industry-relevant training.
• Maintains appropriate vehicle documentation per DOL/Company requirements.
