Job summary

Arkansas Early Learning, Inc. is seeking a Facilities and Transportation Assistant to support maintenance, repairs, and operational tasks across agency buildings and vehicles.

The role works under the Facilities and Transportation Manager to ensure safety, compliance, and efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with clerical experience and basic knowledge of facility/vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Prefer minimum of one year of related clerical/administrative experience, with strong emphasis in record keeping, spreadsheets, tracking and contact with the public preferred.
• General knowledge of facility and vehicle maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and repairs for agency buildings, facilities, and vehicles.
• Monitor and evaluate work of Facilities Assistants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, maintenance, and facilities standards and regulations.
