Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of trades experience.
• Hands-on skills in plumbing and electrical work.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical publications.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled trade duties including installation, inspection, pressure testing, calibration and adjusting operating parameters.
• Carry out repair and preventive maintenance for hospital infrastructure.
• Maintain records, logs, and reports per codes and accreditation requirements.
• Order and stock spare parts for uninterrupted hospital service.
• Estimate time and materials for repairs and decide in-house vs contract work.
• Safely use required tools to perform trade tasks.
