Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years journey-level experience in building maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical.
• Minimum three years experience in general building maintenance (preferred).
• Reading and interpreting rough drawings and mechanical blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment, systems, and vehicles.
• Leads fabrication and modifications of equipment based on drawings or sketches.
• Inspects and services tools, equipment, and vehicles; maintains records and prepares reports.
