Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Facilities Technician (Plumber / USP / Purified Water Systems). This position reports to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and is based at Fort Washington, PA.

Role details

Reports to: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Fort Washington, PA

Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm

What you will do

• Operate and maintain facilities equipment, including building controls, fire protection systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify and resolve issues.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, fixtures, and systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Support preventative maintenance and energy efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• At least 3 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability for manual labor and environmental adaptability.
• Proficiency with maintenance software and basic computer skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Additional info

• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
• Must respond to emergency maintenance outside normal hours.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation required.
