Job summary

Mission Critical Group is seeking a Facilities Technician to ensure the functionality, safety and comfort of our buildings and grounds on the production floor. The role includes routine and emergency facility tasks, with limited travel to local facilities.

You will complete basic maintenance, perform preventative tasks, maintain inventory, document work, and cooperate with contractors while prioritizing safety and reliability. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of facilities experience or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Satisfactory completion of background screening if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic maintenance tasks assigned by Facility Manager with minimal oversight.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
• Maintain inventory and use tools safely and effectively.
• Respond promptly to work orders and service requests to minimize disruption.
• May perform minor renovations or installations.
