Maintenance Technician ensures the safe and efficient operation of hospital facilities by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing systems, and medical equipment to meet regulatory standards. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively to support a safe and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities include:

• General maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing required to support healthcare buildings.
• Performing preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Taking readings and keeping records; responding to customer complaints.
• Performing corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Performing scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Completing work orders and understanding applicable codes.
• Servicing complex equipment such as pumps, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and hospital equipment.
• Willingness to learn the specific systems and equipment used in healthcare support.
