Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Facilities Technician for our Farmers Branch, TX semiconductor fabrication plant. The role supports safe, reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, and process utility systems and offers a 7:00pm–7:15am night shift with a 15% differential.

You will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot cleanroom and industrial facilities, perform PMs, document activities, and collaborate with engineers and vendors to keep fab operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years of related experience.
• Safety-focused, detail-oriented; able to operate in cleanroom/industrial environments.
• Experience with facility systems and CMMS documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain facility systems including HVAC, DIW, wastewater, compressed air, process gases, and electrical distribution.
• Perform routine inspections, PMs, calibration, and replacements; maintain equipment health in CMMS.
• Diagnose system irregularities; conduct repairs to restore service and prevent recurrence.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies; coordinate with engineering, operations and EHS; follow escalation protocols.
• Maintain shift logs, operating parameters, maintenance records, work orders and change management documents.
• Ensure compliance with FormFactor safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and vendors on upgrades, shutdowns and projects.
• Assist with commissioning and decommissioning of equipment and qualification activities.
