The ideal candidate will ensure safety compliance and support sanitation processes. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma, and be proficient in Microsoft applications. The role involves a variety of tasks, including ensuring the safe operation of the property and interacting effectively across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent and/or six months related experience preferred.
• Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled repair and maintenance of machinery and tools.
• Support all sanitation processes, including rodent and pest control.
• Implement and monitor controls for compliance with laws and policies.

Skills
