Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Tooele, UT to keep our cannabis facility safe, efficient, and well maintained. You’ll perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks on buildings and equipment to support daily operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED plus 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, strong problem solving, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational certificate preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on facility maintenance experience.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance.
• Strong problem‑solving, detail orientation, and safety focus.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Tour facilities to identify needs and document deficiencies.
• Complete daily and preventative maintenance work orders.
• Respond to emergency work orders (leaks, power loss, safety issues).
• Repair doors, windows, cabinets, furniture, and fixtures.
• Install/repair lighting and maintain plumbing fixtures.
• Support seasonal grounds maintenance.
