Job summary

Morada Senior Living is seeking a Facility Operations Assistant to help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and staff across our Oklahoma communities. You will handle routine maintenance requests, assist with repairs on buildings and equipment, and support safety programs and make-ready room preparations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents, guests and team members.
• Complete routine maintenance requests for grounds, buildings, apartments, equipment and vehicles.
• Support preventative maintenance and basic repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related systems.
• Assist with safety drills and disaster preparedness activities.
• Perform general cleaning and prepare resident suites for occupancy.
