Job summary

Ritz Magic Wheels in Jackson, Tennessee is seeking a Facility Assistant/Maintenance Technician to keep our attractions and facilities running smoothly. You will address HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks while responding to maintenance requests and assisting in trainee development.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a fun environment. A flexible schedule and opportunities for growth are offered with compensation between $10–$15+ per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability: Weekday mornings and Saturdays with 2–3 days off during the week as needed.
• 1–3 years of maintenance, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or mechanic experience.
• Must be physically capable of moving arcade equipment (~250 lbs), climbing ladders, and performing repairs.
• Flexible schedule and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of arcade games or electrical boards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and perform scheduled duties.
• Maintain clean, safe, and functional facilities and equipment.
• Help train and supervise trainees, ensuring safety and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with team to keep attractions running smoothly.
