Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Experience maintaining forklifts or other industrial material handling equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and maintenance documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety, Quality & Compliance: follow safety policies, OSHA, NEC, local codes, and quality standards.
• Facility Maintenance: perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems.
• Manufacturing Support: respond to facility issues affecting production; assist with modules, skids, painting, and cleaning.
• Vendor and Contractor Coordination: schedule and oversee contractors and promote continuous improvement.
