Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of facilities maintenance, building services, or related work.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation.
• Basic computer skills; CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to facility work orders and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Assist in equipment installations, moves, and basic site modifications.
• Maintain building infrastructure and keep common areas clean and functional.
• Work with contractors and vendors, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and logs of work performed.
• Support safety initiatives and ensure tools meet safety standards.
• Assist with groundskeeping tasks as needed.
• Maintain inventory and notify leadership when reorder is needed.
