We are looking for an individual who is passionate about thoughtful building systems and excels at problem solving. The role requires strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*** Responsibilities will include ensuring all projects are completed efficiently, and safely* Maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment* Provide scheduled and emergency/unscheduled repairs* Communication with management* Oversight & install/repair: HVAC systems, cabinets, partitions, shelves, drop ceilings, floors, doors, locks, faucets, water heaters, lighting, and related items* Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas* Operating and Maintaining Shop Equipment* Operating heavy machinery, such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and manlifts is a plus* Visit job sites daily to document and ensure the quality, safety, and progress of the work* Communicating project progress, status, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership* Implementing and maintaining agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle* Perform additional job duties as assigned**QUALIFICATIONS:**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
