GreenState Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Technician to repair and maintain its facilities, systems, and equipment. The role supports a diverse and inclusive workplace and reports to the Manager Facilities.

The position requires specialized experience in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC maintenance, plus a high school diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience. Travel to multiple locations is expected; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC maintenance.
• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Requires 6 or more years of experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel frequently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn additional software as needed.
• Exhibits a high degree of mechanical aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Receives work order requests for facilities maintenance from employees, members, or other visitors.
• Triages requests to prioritize the most critical repairs.
• Inspects and performs preventive maintenance on facilities or systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical, HVAC, environmental, generators, fire/safety).
• Schedules maintenance or repairs to minimize disruptions to operations.
• Works independently and with vendors to complete duties.
• Maintains confidentiality and supports an inclusive work environment.
