A mission-driven affordable housing organization is seeking a Facilities Technician II to ensure the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of residential properties. This full-time role involves performing various maintenance tasks, handling emergency repairs, and participating in an on-call rotation. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of property maintenance experience and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, positively impacting the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property maintenance experience, including residential unit turnovers.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance trades and repair best practices.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance across multiple properties.
• Assist with plumbing and mechanical maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and serve as first point of contact during on-call shifts.
